At Ebonyline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty and hair care purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure the item is in its original, factory-sealed condition and that all tags, including hair nets and labels, are intact and have not been removed.
Request an RMA
Log into your account or contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your package back.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box and ship it to our designated returns facility using a trackable carrier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping fees.
